Season Guide — Season System & Weekly Cycle (Index)

Updated 2026-06-26 397. Chiangmai 한량

Season content is the return engine. This page covers the skeleton common to every season (systems + weekly cycle); per-season detail is split into the individual pages below. Season mechanics change with patches, so check the in-game doomsday calendar too.

Seasons at a glance

Each season runs roughly 60–90 days. When a season changes, the map and season-only mechanics reset, but your account, heroes, and HQ level carry over. A season is a “new stage”; your growth accumulates across stages.

The two clocks

  • HQ = your personal clock. Fill the requirements and personal features unlock. (Drone Center HQ15 · Capital eligibility HQ32 · T11 troops need Barracks 35 + Armament Institute.)
  • Server age = everyone’s clock. Season starts, Alliance Duel, and SvS open server-wide regardless of your HQ.

→ Server-clock events can’t be rushed by raising your HQ. Handle personal features with an HQ push, server events with prep on the day.

Every season — the weekly cycle

Server vs Server (SvS) — biweekly mega war

  • Matched every other week against a similar server. A prep phase (Sun–Fri) builds your server’s score; the higher-scoring server gets the invasion right and Saturday initiative. → prep matters as much as the battle.
  • Capital battle (Sat): one side attacks, one defends. Saturday is Kill Day (scores multiply heavily).
  • 9 personal reward chests: unlocked by personal cumulative score (~2.25M) regardless of server win/loss.
  • Reward: Valor Medals → orange gear in the Black Market (the fastest F2P gear route).

Exclusive Weapons — 3 per season, weeks 1/3/6

Each season adds one UR exclusive weapon per troop type (tank/air/missile) in weeks 1, 3, and 6. Lv20 is the meta breakpoint (+7.5% to the same troop type) and the awakening prerequisite. See the Hero Tier List.

Awakening — from Season 6

New in Season 6. Awaken targets that have reached EW Lv20. Season 6: Kimberly (W1), DVA (W3), Tesla (later). Shards free from Awakening Trials + Global Expedition (weeks 2/4/6).

Alliance Duel / weekly events — daily themes

Each weekday scores different actions (build / research / heroes, etc.). Burning outside the theme scores zero. Check the calendar and spend on the matching day.

Post-season — Black Market (common)

When a season ends, the Black Market opens — the best time for free/light players to complete an exclusive weapon.

  • Top priority: EW shard choice chests. 50 named shards per weapon, 150 for all 3 seasonal weapons. With all 8 daily refreshes you can collect ~150 shards in one Black Market window — enough to unlock all three.
  • Decorations (permanent stat bonuses) are next.
  • Free items first, then permanent upgrades; skip consumables you get easily in normal play.

Season coordinate data (supplies/artifacts)

Some seasons have fixed-coordinate content on the map. A separate tool lets you filter by season/type and add your own coordinates.

  • Season Coordinate Map (beta) — Season 2 Scattered Supplies, Season 3 Desert Artifacts, etc. (Verified coordinates are filled via screenshots/crowdsourcing.)

Pre-season prep

The only goal — enter Season 1 with a strong account.

  • Don’t stop your HQ. Don’t over-hoard resources expecting pre-season to last forever.
  • Pour speedups/resources into the HQ push. Week-1 target HQ 10–12. (New flow: 7-Day Roadmap)

Common season mistakes

  • Burning speedups on a non-theme day → zero score
  • Neglecting the SvS prep week → lose the invasion right, Saturday decided before it starts
  • Playing events solo → no rally means losing troops for nothing
  • Over-hoarding for next season → an HQ stall costs more
