Season 1 Guide — Crimson Plague (First Full Season)

One-line summary

The Crimson Plague — the first full season, starting on a virus-infected map. Exclusive weapons open for the first time, along with new systems like Virus Resistance and professions, plus cross-server territory war. When it ends, server transfer becomes possible for the first time. About 7 weeks.

Core systems

  • Exclusive Weapons (EW) debut. Season 1 opens UR-only weapons for the first time, releasing Kimberly (W1), DVA (W3), Tesla (W6) — one per troop type. Your carry’s power jumps a tier — Lv20 is the breakpoint (+7.5% same troop type).
  • Virus Resistance. A trait of the infected map. Raise it to progress smoothly through certain zones; pick up the related research/buildings as the season moves.
  • Professions. A new growth/specialization axis — choose to match your playstyle (combat/production/support).
  • Cross-server territory war. Alliance-scale competition across servers heats up, tied to the SvS cycle.
  • Mason SSR→UR promotion. In Season 1 a 5★ Mason can be promoted to UR — a key reinforcement for free/light rosters.

Priorities (whole season)

  1. One main carry to 5★ → EW Lv20 — the season’s biggest power jump.
  2. Stabilize the front tank (Murphy + promoted Mason).
  3. Finish the first SvS cycle — 9 personal chests (~2.25M cumulative).
  4. Keep Virus Resistance / professions at a non-blocking level.
  5. Black Market at season end to top up EW shards.

Week-by-week

Week 1 — Open + Kimberly EW

  • Kimberly EW opens (tank line). If she’s your main, target Lv20 first.
  • Adapt to the infected map — open Virus Resistance buildings/research early to remove progression blocks.
  • Choose a profession and make your first investment.

Week 2 — Build the base

  • Keep HQ and carry growing. If an SvS prep week falls here, score from prep (Sun–Fri).
  • Work Mason to 5★ to set up the UR promotion.

Week 3 — DVA EW

  • DVA EW opens (air line). The second EW target if you run air.
  • Push one weapon to Lv20 before moving on — no dribbling across many.

Week 4–5 — Territory war / SvS accelerate

  • Cross-server territory war / SvS ramp up. Bring rally / scouting / shields to fight without losses.

Week 6 — Tesla EW + warm-up

  • Tesla EW opens (missile line), completing the season’s 3 EWs.
  • Stock troops / shields / speedups before the final battle; align alliance calls.

Week 7 — Final battle

  • The season’s last mega fight. Convert your carry/territory edge into results.

Post-season — Black Market + server transfer

  • Black Market. The best window to top up EW shards. Using all 8 daily refreshes you can aim for ~150 shards (one season’s 3 EWs). Priority: EW shard choice chest → decorations → free items first.
  • Server transfer opens. Only after Season 1 ends. Alliance discussions about moving start to matter here.

Caution

Don’t over-hoard for the next season — HQ and main-carry growth come first. EWs need 5★ first; piling shards before 5★ just locks them away.
