Arena Rankings — Global Arena Power Leaderboard

A global leaderboard of arena power (the power of the squad you actually field), collected from the Arena and 3v3 Showdown ranking screens. This is a different number from total hero power. (Player rankings (hero power) · Servers)

What is arena power

Arena power (formationPower in the game data) is the combined power of the squad you send into the arena. Unlike total hero power, which sums your whole roster, it only reflects the units that actually fight — so two players with the same total power can be far apart here.

Arena and 3v3 Showdown

Arena is the score-based solo ladder; 3v3 Showdown is the cross-server ladder. Both screens report the same arena power, so they feed a single leaderboard: each player appears once, and the value is refreshed by whichever reading is more recent.

The single sort key is arena power. The in-game rank (by score) appears small on each row.

Only public ranking info anyone can see in-game is aggregated; nothing modifies or automates gameplay.

Arena power is not account power

The figure ranked here is formation power — the combined strength of the five heroes you actually field in the arena — not the total your account owns. Two accounts with identical total hero power can differ sharply here depending on how the squad is built, and it is this number that decides arena fights.

For account-wide totals, see the player ranking. Read together, the two lists separate accounts that have collected a lot of heroes from accounts that have assembled what they own into something coherent. The second kind wins arena matches.

Arena and 3v3

The two modes differ: the arena is an individual points ladder, while 3v3 mixes servers into a cross-server ranking. Both ranking screens expose the same formation-power value, so entries collected from either can share one list. Bear in mind that a squad saved for 3v3 may not be the squad used in solo arena, so a given row reflects whichever formation was active when it was collected.

Raising formation power

Because only five heroes count, concentrating investment on a core five moves this number far more efficiently than spreading it across the roster. Single-branch squads have long been the strongest build in Last War: the favourable branch in each matchup takes 20% less damage, so a formation built to counter what you expect to face keeps that advantage intact.

Which heroes deserve the investment is covered branch by branch in the tank, aircraft and missile guides, with the matchup rules in branch counters.

Reading the table

Arena power
Formation power at the moment of collection. Change the squad and the number changes.
Game #
The rank shown in-game when the row was collected, independent of this page's global ordering.
Server / Country
Resolved per row, so entries captured on cross-server screens still show their home server.

Limits

Only accounts that appeared on a collected ranking screen are included, ranges the in-game ladder does not expose are missing, and accounts that reshuffle squads often will show a moving value. Collection reads public ranking screens only; nothing automates or alters play.
