Calculated from the in-game VIP18 list captured on 25 July 2026 (505 accounts) and our server list (#3–#2308, with open dates). No player names appear in this post. The list itself is on the VIP18 tracker.
VIP18 is the highest VIP tier money can buy in Last War. When a VIP18 badge shows up in server chat, everyone taps the profile at least once. And when a migration window opens, “does that server have a VIP18?” is one of the first questions people ask about a target.
But how common VIP18s actually are, and which servers have them, is mostly guesswork. The game has a screen that lists VIP18 accounts, so we lined that list up against our server data.
Roughly one per server, scattered
The 505 accounts are spread across 366 servers. On 70% of those servers (254) there’s exactly one, and the most on any single server was four. No server had five or more.
Alliances look the same: the 505 belong to 398 different alliances, only 9 alliances have three or more VIP18s (28 accounts total), and 12 accounts had no alliance.
Honestly, I expected big spenders to cluster. It’s the opposite. Only 112 servers have more than one VIP18, and VIP18s sharing an alliance is rarer still. It looks much more like one heavy spender per server, per alliance, each anchoring their own group.
Older servers have more — but it stops at about a year and a half
Group servers by number (= opening order) in blocks of 400:
| Servers | Opened | Count | Servers with a VIP18 | VIP18 per 100 servers |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| #1–400 | Jun 2023 – Mar 2024 | 396 | 26% | 39 |
| #401–800 | Mar 2024 – Aug 2024 | 400 | 22% | 32 |
| #801–1200 | Aug 2024 – Dec 2024 | 400 | 23% | 30 |
| #1201–1600 | Dec 2024 – May 2025 | 400 | 17% | 20 |
| #1601–2000 | May 2025 – Dec 2025 | 400 | 4% | 5 |
| #2001+ | Dec 2025 onward | 308 | 0% | 0 |
Two things stand out.
First, a server has to age before a VIP18 shows up. The newest server with one is #1937, opened 8 November 2025 — about eight and a half months old when the list was captured. None of the nearly 370 servers that opened later had any. However early someone starts spending, it apparently takes that long after a server opens to reach VIP18.
Second, past about a year and a half it stops growing. #401–1200 (one year seven months to two years four months old at capture) sits flat at 30–32 per hundred servers, with only the oldest block (#1–400) a bit higher at 39. Servers don’t keep accumulating VIP18s as they age; after a point the chance that any given server has one levels off around one in four.
By season: 71% of VIP18s are on Season 6 servers, 19% on Season 5, and 10% on Season 4 or below.
Countries — the US is a quarter, then Japan, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Korea
The list shows 59 country/region flags.
| Country | Accounts | Share |
|---|---|---|
| United States | 139 | 27.5% |
| Japan | 43 | 8.5% |
| Saudi Arabia | 42 | 8.3% |
| Taiwan | 37 | 7.3% |
| South Korea | 36 | 7.1% |
| No flag set (UN) | 26 | 5.1% |
| Hong Kong | 21 | 4.2% |
| Indonesia | 14 | 2.8% |
| Canada | 12 | 2.4% |
| Thailand, Türkiye | 10 each | 2.0% each |
The four Gulf states (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait) add up to 64 accounts, or 13%.
The mix shifts with server age. On #1–800 (286 accounts) Saudi Arabia is 2nd with 30 and Korea 3rd with 24. On #801 and up (219 accounts) both drop to 12 — Saudi Arabia’s share roughly halves and Korea’s falls by about a third — while the US share rises from 25% to 31%. Early servers seem to have drawn relatively more high spenders from the Gulf and Korea.
Using this when you pick a server
Look at how many, not just whether. One in four older servers has a VIP18, so one isn’t unusual. Servers with two or more (112 of them) already have a big-spender rivalry going, and that changes the whole server’s dynamic.
New servers won’t have one for a while. We found none on servers under about eight months old. If you’d rather not live under a whale, that’s a real advantage of newer servers — though the data also says one will probably turn up eventually.
Check a VIP18’s actual power separately. VIP tier measures lifetime spend, not current strength. The tracker page shows hero power where we’ve collected that server, and you can compare a target server’s whole top end in the migration finder. How migration flows actually play out is in four migration windows, 24,000 moves.
Caveats
This is a single capture (25 July 2026) of the list the game displays. We can’t rule out that the game caps the list or leaves some accounts off, so we don’t claim 505 is every VIP18 in the world. Country is the flag set on the account, not necessarily where the player lives, and “UN” appears to mean no flag was chosen. VIP18 counts only go up over time, so we’ll refresh these numbers when we get a new list.
